{"id":1514,"date":"2023-04-20T11:02:16","date_gmt":"2023-04-20T15:02:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/onwardbusinessmechanics.com\/staging\/4922\/?p=1514"},"modified":"2023-04-20T11:47:24","modified_gmt":"2023-04-20T15:47:24","slug":"a-favourite-client-success-story","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/onwardbusinessmechanics.com\/staging\/4922\/a-favourite-client-success-story\/","title":{"rendered":"A favourite client success story!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A favourite client SUCCESS STORY! \/\/<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This video is about one of my favorite client success stories occurred a few years ago, when we were<\/p>\n<p>called into a mining company to solve some trouble meeting the improvement targets and the fact<\/p>\n<p>that they were under some scrutiny from their board.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Even if the employees in the improvement event were skeptical, telling me that we would need three<\/p>\n<p>to six months minimum to start capturing those opportunities, after four weeks on site, we were<\/p>\n<p>already able to identify three major improvement opportunities and make significant traction in<\/p>\n<p>actually capturing them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We were able to elevate what they were doing and create additional value in a very short period of<\/p>\n<p>time thanks to our improvement methodologies that helped us to create some breakthroughs.<\/p>\n<p>Needless to say, that the employees, the managers and the board were very pleased.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sounds interesting to you?
