Or do you believe in extending a helping hand &#8212; or even changing the system so they&#8217;ll have an easier time than you did?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   There are two types of people:  those who say:  &#8220;I went through it, so can they!&#8221;  and others say &#8220;I went through it, now I want to make change so others don&#8217;t have to!&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> I&#8217;ve seen SO much of this second type of person lately, and I am inspired and grateful.    I&#8217;ve been the recipient of so much insight and support and generosity.  I do the same for others &#8212; whenever I can. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  PAY IT FORWARD is the expression, but it&#8217;s not just about reaching a hand out to certain individuals.  It&#8217;s about using your position, your insights, your experience, your influence, to benefit and empower others on a SYSTEMIC level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you participating in sharing the hardships you experienced?  Or are you consciously working to make things better for our future citizens, employees, and fellow humans?  What&#8217;s the last conscious act of paying it forward you committed?
