A favourite client SUCCESS STORY! //
This video is about one of my favorite client success stories occurred a few years ago, when we were
called into a mining company to solve some trouble meeting the improvement targets and the fact
that they were under some scrutiny from their board.
Even if the employees in the improvement event were skeptical, telling me that we would need three
to six months minimum to start capturing those opportunities, after four weeks on site, we were
already able to identify three major improvement opportunities and make significant traction in
actually capturing them.
We were able to elevate what they were doing and create additional value in a very short period of
time thanks to our improvement methodologies that helped us to create some breakthroughs.
Needless to say, that the employees, the managers and the board were very pleased.
